- Respond to customer inquiries by phone, email, and in person with clear, professional communication.
- Assist clients with policy questions, coverage options, billing issues, and policy changes.
- Service and, when appropriate, sell personal lines P&C products, including auto, home, renters, condo, and umbrella coverage.
- Follow up on leads, renewals, and customer feedback to support retention and growth.
- Identify client needs and recommend suitable insurance solutions.
- Accurately enter and maintain client, policy, and interaction details in agency systems.
- Process payments and refunds securely, following proper payment-handling procedures.
- Build strong client relationships through organized, responsive, and reliable service. What We're Looking For
