ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
These duties are not meant to be all-inclusive and other duties may be assigned. Installation and upfitting of CBC, dump bodies, toolboxes, lights, and other accessories onto truck chassis Maintain streamlined production / Service practices and schedule as assigned by the Department Manager Follow determined quality control standards. Written communication abilities for filing repair work order, production work orders and provide detailed technician notes throughout the day. Follow standard operating procedures in coordination with departmental procedures. Knowledge of how to maintain, repair, diagnose and properly install and or replace hydraulic systems on equipment and machinery. Technical knowledge of blueprints, diagrams, schematics, and electrical diagrams. Ability to follow installation and operations manuals per manufactures specifications. Responds to service and or production request and repairs to OEM standards. Team player - collaborates with managers and or technicians to resolve issues. Adheres to safety regulations and industry standards. Ability to communicate effectively to customers on technical problems, and instruct customers on proper use of equipment.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
High school diploma or equivalent 2+ years of related work experience in a manufacturing environment. Mechanical aptitude Must own basic tools. Specialized tools will be provided.

Heavy equipment & machinery experience Paint experience Hydraulic manufacturing experience Status This position is open for individuals seeking full or part time employment. Compensation Competitive salary for this position, with an anticipated range of $24 - $32 per hour, will be commensurate with prior experience and qualifications. Physical Demands of Critical Job Functions Must have the ability to lift objects up to 50lbs. Must have the ability to quickly identify and respond to dangerous situations or safety hazards. This job may require pushing, pulling, lifting, carrying, reaching overhead, reaching at or below shoulder level, bending at the knees and/or kneeling.
