Overview MotorXcel Auto Repair is a growing, locally-owned auto repair shop serving Aberdeen, Bel Air, Havre de Grace, and the greater Harford County area. We're known for honest, transparent service and quality repairs — and we're looking for an experienced technician to join our team as we continue to grow. Job Description We're seeking an experienced automotive technician who can confidently diagnose and repair a wide variety of vehicle issues. You'll work on everything from routine maintenance to complex diagnostics, using modern tools and a real shop management system (Tekmetric) that keeps things organized and efficient. Responsibilities Diagnose and repair vehicle issues across all major systems (brakes, AC, engine, electrical, suspension, etc.) Perform accurate diagnostics and complete necessary repairs Complete digital vehicle inspections (DVI) with photo documentation Communicate findings clearly to service advisors for customer approval Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work bay Stay current with new vehicle technology and repair techniques Qualifications 3+ years of hands-on automotive repair experience Strong diagnostic skills across a wide range of makes/models Own set of hand tools Valid driver's license with clean driving record Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented What We Offer Competitive hourly pay based on experience Weekdays only — no weekends, ever Modern shop equipment and tools Steady, consistent work — no slow seasons Growth opportunities as the shop expands Positive, respectful team environment Paid time off (PTO) Schedule Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM No weekends To Apply Send your resume or stop by MotorXcel Auto Repair at 735 W Bel Air Ave, Aberdeen, MD 21001, or call 410-425-1500.
