Overview As a Quick Lane Technician at Bob Bell Ford of Bel Air, you will be responsible for performing light maintenance and basic vehicle services in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. Quick Lube Service Technician Compensation and Benefits:
Competitive Pay Flexible Working Hours Health Insurance PTO & Sick Leave 401(K) Key Responsibilities Perform routine maintenance services such as oil changes, tire rotations, battery checks, and fluid top-offs Conduct multi-point inspections and report findings to service advisors
  • Replace air filters, wiper blades, and light bulbs as needed
  • Maintain accurate records of services performed and parts used
  • Keep work area clean and organized, adhering to safety and environmental regulations
  • Communicate effectively with team members and customers to ensure a positive service experience
Quick Lube Service Technician Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent Valid driver's license with a clean driving record . Basic mechanical knowledge and familiarity with automotive tools Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality work ASE certification or technical training is a plus but not require Positive, friendly attitude We are an equal opportunity employer that is committed to diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
