Quick Lube Service Technician Compensation and Benefits:
Competitive Pay Flexible Working Hours Health Insurance PTO & Sick Leave 401(K) Key Responsibilities Perform routine maintenance services such as oil changes, tire rotations, battery checks, and fluid top-offs Conduct multi-point inspections and report findings to service advisors- Replace air filters, wiper blades, and light bulbs as needed
- Maintain accurate records of services performed and parts used
- Keep work area clean and organized, adhering to safety and environmental regulations
- Communicate effectively with team members and customers to ensure a positive service experience
