WHAT YOU'LL DO

Greet customers and identify their service and maintenance needs Prepare accurate repair orders and service estimates Clearly communicate technician recommendations Keep customers informed throughout the repair process Recommend appropriate maintenance and repair services Build lasting relationships with customers Work closely with technicians and service management Deliver an outstanding customer experience from write-up through vehicle delivery

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Previous Automotive Service Advisor experience preferred Strong communication and customer-service skills Ability to professionally present and sell recommended services Excellent organization and follow-up skills Positive, professional attitude Ability to succeed in a fast-paced dealership environment Ford or other franchise dealership experience is a plus
