Job Description
About Us We are a busy, high-quality collision repair center committed to restoring vehicles to pre-accident condition with precision, safety, and pride. Our shop values craftsmanship, teamwork, and continuous improvement—and we're looking for an Automotive Body Technician who takes pride in their work and wants to grow with us. Responsibilities Perform structural and non-structural body repairs on a variety of vehicles Repair, replace, and align body panels, frames, and components Use frame machines, measuring systems, and hand/power tools safely and accurately Identify damage and determine proper repair procedures Follow OEM repair procedures and safety standards Work closely with estimators, painters, and other technicians Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Ensure repairs meet quality standards and customer expectations Qualifications Previous experience as an automotive body technician (collision repair) Knowledge of body repair techniques, materials, and tools Ability to read and follow repair estimates and OEM procedures Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Valid driver's license Reliable transportation to and from work 18 years of age or older Ability to work independently and as part of a team Must provide own tools and tool box What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience Consistent workflow in a busy shop Paid time off and holidays (if applicable) Supportive team and long-term growth potential
