• Duties
• Prepare vehicle surfaces meticulously through sanding, masking, and surface cleaning to ensure optimal paint adhesion and finish quality Apply primers, paints, coatings, and clear coats using conventional spray guns and airless paint sprayers for smooth, durable finishes Perform auto body repairs including dent removal, panel alignment, welding, and structural repairs to restore vehicle integrity Utilize power tools such as grinders, sanders, and buffing machines to refine surfaces and achieve flawless finishes Conduct auto restoration projects by repairing or replacing damaged parts, including auto glass and trim components Maintain a clean and organized workspace while adhering to safety protocols such as respiratory protection and proper handling of paints and chemicals Assist with vehicle detailing and final inspections to ensure the highest quality standards before customer delivery Header• Requirements• Proven dealership experience or professional auto body repair background demonstrating proficiency in auto painting and refinishing techniques Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience using hand tools, power tools, grinders, sanders, and buffing equipment Skilled in surface preparation, masking techniques, sanding, and applying automotive paints using conventional spraying methods or airless systems Knowledge of automotive buffing, polishing, and detailing to achieve a high-gloss finish that meets industry standards Ability to perform heavy lifting safely when handling vehicle parts or equipment during repairs or restorations Experience with welding and auto glass installation is a plus but not mandatory; willingness to learn is valued highly Excellent customer service skills paired with auto estimating experience for accurate assessment of repairs needed Mechanical experience or background as an automotive mechanic is advantageous for understanding vehicle structures and systems Join us if you're passionate about automotive craftsmanship!
