Job Description
Overview Join our dynamic automotive team as a Tire and Lube Technician, where your skills will drive customer satisfaction and vehicle performance! In this energetic role, you'll be at the forefront of vehicle maintenance, performing essential tire services, oil changes, and minor mechanical repairs with precision and enthusiasm. Your mechanical knowledge and hands-on expertise will ensure each vehicle leaves our shop running smoothly and safely. Duties Perform tire services including mounting, balancing, rotation, and repair to ensure optimal vehicle handling and safety Conduct oil changes and automotive fluid replacements efficiently while adhering to manufacturer specifications Assist with basic vehicle maintenance tasks such as filter replacements and minor mechanical repairs Use hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment to identify issues and perform repairs accurately Support wheel alignments and other automotive service procedures to enhance vehicle performance Maintain a clean, organized workspace while following safety protocols during all service activities Provide excellent customer service by explaining services performed and addressing customer questions professionally Requirements Previous tire installation experience is highly preferred Mechanical knowledge of standard passenger cars and familiarity with automotive diagnostics preferred Experience with tire service, oil changes, fluid replacements, and basic mechanical repairs necessary Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment safely and effectively Physical ability to perform heavy lifting and perform maintenance tasks requiring manual dexterity Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude toward teamwork and communication Knowledge of vehicle alignment procedures and minor mechanical repairs is a plus Valid driver's license with experience operating standard passenger vehicles preferred Embark on a rewarding career where your mechanical skills make a real difference!
