What You'll Do Deliver an outstanding customer experience from check-in to vehicle pickup Build trust and long-term relationships with customers Communicate vehicle needs clearly and confidently Coordinate with technicians to ensure smooth workflow and timely service Keep customers informed throughout the repair process Maintain organized repair orders and accurate documentation Help create a positive, team-oriented atmosphere every day What We're Looking For Minimum 2 years of experience working directly with customers Automotive service advisor experience preferred Strong communication and people skills Positive attitude with a "we can do it" mindset Highly organized and detail-oriented Comfortable using computers and shop management systems Team player who enjoys a fast-paced environment Valid driver's license Ability to pass a background check Why Team Members Love Working Here No weekends — ever

Monday-Thursday:

7:40 AM - 5:30

PM Friday:
