We are not looking for someone who simply replaces parts. We are looking for a technician who can think critically, troubleshoot efficiently, take ownership of repairs, and help elevate the team around them. The ideal candidate is someone with strong diagnostic ability, leadership qualities, solid communication skills, and a mindset focused on solutions, accountability, and productivity. What You'll Be Doing Diagnosing and repairing light-duty and medium-duty vehicles Handling electrical, drivability, suspension, steering, brake, and engine concerns Performing advanced troubleshooting independently Assisting with workflow direction and supporting team operations Communicating repair findings clearly and professionally Maintaining quality, efficiency, and attention to detail in all repairs
