In this role, you will utilize your mechanical expertise to diagnose, repair, and service a wide range of vehicles, ensuring safety, reliability, and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities Perform comprehensive diagnostics using automotive electrical systems, schematics, and advanced diagnostic tools to identify issues accurately. Conduct repairs on engines, transmissions, powertrains, suspensions, brakes, shocks & struts, and other critical vehicle systems. Execute routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes, tire service, wheel alignments, and vehicle inspections to uphold safety standards. Utilize hand tools and power tools efficiently for mechanical repairs while adhering to safety protocols. Provide excellent customer service by explaining repair needs clearly and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the service process. Qualifications Proven mechanic experience with a strong background in automotive repair and maintenance. Knowledge of automotive electrical systems, Schematics, Diesel engine repair, and Auto estimating tools. Skilled in using diagnostic equipment for automotive diagnostics and troubleshooting. Mechanical knowledge of transmissions, powertrain components, suspension systems, and auto body repair techniques. Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, welding equipment Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly.
