We are currently seeking a Service Advisor / Customer Care Specialist that is reliable, honest, friendly, helpful, and can work in a fast paced but fun environment. We focus on a positive culture while helping each other grow personally and professionally. What You'll Do Greet customers and guide them through the repair process with clarity and professionalism Present inspection findings and repair recommendations in an ethical, educational manner Build trust and long-term relationships with clients Create accurate estimates and repair orders, ensuring all details are correct Communicate effectively with technicians to ensure efficient workflow Utilize digital inspection tools, estimating software, and customer communication technology Follow established service processes while continuously improving performance What We're Looking For Experience as a Service Advisor in an independent auto repair shop (all makes and models) Strong sales and customer communication skills without high-pressure tactics High attention to detail and strong organizational skills Comfortable using technology (digital inspections, CRM, texting, estimating software) Positive attitude, reliability, and a team-first mindset Coachable and open to feedback and ongoing development Dealership-only experience may not translate well to this environment unless you have worked in an independent repair setting.
