Automotive Service Advisor

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Service Advisor is preferred
• Reynolds & Reynolds or similar DMS proficiency preferred
• Must have strong customer communication skills both in-person and on the phone
• Strong organizational skills
• Must be able to manage in a fast-paced work environment with limited supervision
• Comply with all federal, state, and local laws and company policies regarding the safeguarding of all customer, company, and manufacturer information, as well as customers' vehicles and property
• Authorized to work in the USA
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check, Motor Vehicle Record Check, and drug screening
