Experienced Automotive Technician (Honda)Join the opening team of CMA's brand-new Honda dealership scheduled to open in January 2027 in Lexington Park, Maryland. We're building our team now and seeking experienced technicians who want the unique opportunity to help launch a new dealership from the ground up. - Diagnose and repair vehicles, including engine, electrical, drivability, and mechanical concerns
- Perform maintenance, inspections, and warranty repairs according to manufacturer standards
- Utilize advanced diagnostic equipment and technology
- Maintain productivity, efficiency, and quality goals
- Document repairs accurately and completely
- Deliver high-quality workmanship and contribute to outstanding customer satisfaction
- Work collaboratively with advisors, parts personnel, and fellow techniciansSchedule
- Full-Time
- Flexible scheduling based on service department hours
- Rotating Saturdays
- Closed SundaysRequirements What We're Looking For Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of automotive technician experience
- Strong diagnostic and repair abilities
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality standards
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction Preferred Qualifications
- Honda experience
- Import vehicle experience
- ASE Certifications
- Previous dealership experience
- Advanced diagnostic training Compensation $80,000 - $120,000+ annually based on experience, performance, productivity, and certifications. Benefits
