Toyota of Lexington Park is hiring an Express Service Technician. It's an entry-level job, and we're not going to pretend otherwise — you'll be doing oil changes, tire rotations, and multi-point inspections.

What makes it different is what comes next. This role is the first rung on the Toyota career path, and we pay for the climb. Toyota's factory training and certification, plus tuition reimbursement if you want to keep going to school while you work. Techs who put in the work move up to certified, then to Toyota Master Technician — the people flagging the big diagnostic hours.

RequirementsWhat you'll do

• Oil changes, filters, fluids, and tire rotations
• Multi-point inspections, including video inspections you'll share with the service advisor
• Basic safety and service checks — brakes, belts, hoses, tire condition
• Document what you find clearly so the advisor can talk to the customer
• Keep your bay, your tools, and every customer's vehicle clean
• Work safely and follow shop, OSHA, and hazardous waste procedures
• Complete Toyota training as you're assigned itWhat you need
• Currently enrolled in or a graduate of an automotive technology program (trade school, technical school, or community college) or at least one year of experience as a lube technician
• Mechanical aptitude and a real interest in building a career in automotive service
• Willingness to learn — we'll teach you the Toyota side
• Valid Maryland driver's license and a clean driving recordNo Toyota experience required, and no ASE certifications required.

What we're looking for is formal training or shop experience — if you're in a tech program now or you've spent a year in a lube bay, you're who we want.
