Job Position Essential Functions:
Perform oil change services and communicate findings to service advisors and teammates. Inspect and refill fluid levels as needed. Complete multi-point vehicle inspections, including inspection video, measuring brake, tire, and battery wear. Clean and lubricate fittings as needed. Install oil drain plugs, oil filters, air filters, cabin filters, and wiper blades. Maintain a clean and safe work area, following all shop safety procedures. Perform other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent. Must be at least 18 years of age. Must have a valid driver's license with a good driving record. Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Must be able to drive both manual and automatic transmission vehicles. General automotive repair skills preferred; no prior dealership experience required. A self-motivated individual with strong attention to detail. A results-oriented individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. A positive attitude, a strong work ethic, and excellent communication skills. While performing the duties of this job, the employee works in a service shop environment and is regularly exposed to moving mechanical parts, moving vehicles, hot surfaces, oils and solvents, and fumes or airborne particles.
