WHAT YOU'LL DO

You'll be the connection between our customers and our service department. Greet customers and determine their service and maintenance needs Prepare accurate repair orders and estimates Clearly explain technician findings and recommendations Recommend appropriate maintenance and repair services Keep customers updated throughout the repair process Build relationships that create repeat and referral business Work closely with technicians and service management Deliver an outstanding experience from write-up through vehicle delivery

WE WANT TO TALK TO YOU IF YOU HAVE

Automotive Service Advisor experience Strong customer-service and communication skills The ability to professionally present recommended services Excellent organization and follow-up A positive, professional attitude The ability to perform in a fast-paced dealership Ford or other franchise dealership experience is a plus
