COMPENSATION
$26.00 $62.00 per flat-rate hour (based on experience, certifications, and productivity) Performance incentives available for top-producing technicians.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
As a Heavy Line Technician, you'll perform advanced mechanical repairs, including: Engine replacement, rebuilding, and internal engine repairs Transmission removal, installation, rebuilding, and diagnosis Cylinder head, timing chain, timing belt, and gasket repairs Differential, transfer case, drivetrain, and axle repairs Advanced electrical and drivability diagnostics Suspension and steering repairs Hybrid system diagnostics (Toyota experience is a plus) Factory-level diagnostic procedures Accurate documentation and repair orders Maintain the highest standards of workmanship and customer satisfaction

QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum 4 years of dealership or equivalent automotive repair experience Heavy engine and transmission repair experience required Strong diagnostic and electrical troubleshooting skills ASE Certifications preferred Toyota certification is a major plus Experience with import vehicles preferred Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Professional attitude and strong work ethic
IMPORTANT REQUIREMENTS
Previous Toyota experience is preferred. Experience with other import brands will also be considered. Applicants who have previously worked for any Pohanka dealership are not eligible for this position.
