Our technicians tackle everything from routine maintenance to advanced drivability, electrical, and diagnostic repairs. This isn't a position where you'll spend years doing nothing but oil changes. You'll work alongside experienced technicians, gain hands-on experience with advanced diagnostic equipment, and develop the skills needed to become a highly skilled European automotive technician. What You'll Learn You'll work directly with experienced technicians and gain exposure to: European vehicle maintenance and repair procedures. Modern vehicle diagnostics and fault tracing. Electrical system diagnosis and testing. Brake, suspension, cooling system, and engine repairs. Digital vehicle inspections and customer communication. Shop workflow, repair documentation, and professional service processes. Industry-leading diagnostic software and repair resources. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Perform multi-point vehicle inspections and create digital vehicle inspection reports. Complete maintenance and light-to-medium mechanical repairs, including oil services, tire rotations, filter replacements, brake service, and basic diagnostic procedures. Assist A-Level Technicians with advanced repairs and diagnostic work. Draft vehicle reports and document repair findings accurately. Help communicate repair recommendations and diagnostic findings to customers. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe shop environment. Properly handle tools, equipment, and vehicle components. Follow shop procedures, safety protocols, and quality standards. Continuously learn and develop your technical knowledge through hands-on training and mentorship. Qualifications Serious interest in automotive repair and a desire to pursue a career as an automotive technician. Strong attention to detail and patience when performing repairs and diagnostics. Ability to follow verbal instructions, technical documentation, training materials, and repair procedures. Willingness to ask questions and learn from experienced technicians. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Customer-focused mindset and professional attitude. Honest, dependable, and accountable. Valid driver's license and clean driving record. Automotive schooling, vocational training, or prior shop experience is a plus but not required.
