Lexus of Towson is looking for an Automotive Service Advisor to assist our customers with all their vehicle needs. Our Ideal candidate will have a professional demeanor, excellent communication skills, have the ability to multitask, as well as resolve issues in a timely manner. This position primarily work schedule is 5 day a week, every other Saturday.

Automotive Service Advisor Responsibilities:

Greet clients, review repair history, and make appropriate service recommendations. Properly document repair order and obtain required signatures and authorization for repairs. Clearly communicates the clients' needs to technicians and management. Understands and ensures compliance with manufacturer warranty and policy procedures. Establishes and maintains good working relationships with customers to encourage repeat and referral business.

Automotive Service Advisor Qualifications:

Must have a valid driver's license. Must be available to work Saturdays. Must have a minimum 3 years as an Automotive Service Advisor. High-end Automotive service writing experience required.
