What You'll Do Lead advanced diagnostics and complex repairs Diagnose electrical and drivability concerns Perform brakes, suspension, alignments, and general repairs Mentor and support other technicians Work with Service Advisors to keep workflow moving Help maintain quality repair standards What We're Looking For 5+ years of A-Level automotive repair experience Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills Maryland State Inspection License required Leadership or mentoring experience preferred ASE Certifications preferred but not required What You Get $40
