What You'll Do Complete scheduled service appointments within assigned timelinesDiagnose and repair issues involving windows, doors, siding, and gutter systemsPerform warranty repairs and post-installation service workConduct quality assurance visits to ensure installations are performing properlyReview work orders before service and identify any discrepanciesDocument service visits with notes, photos, materials used, and labor timeUse company service applications to track job activityCommunicate with internal teams regarding follow-ups, materials, or escalationsMaintain company tools, equipment, and service vehicle
