Automotive B-Level Technician (Up to $120K+) Tired of fighting for work? Looking for a busy shop where your skills are valued and the cars keep coming? Caples Car Care has been one of the busiest and most trusted shops in Westminster for over 10 years. We service approximately 75 vehicles per week, have a strong local reputation, and we're looking for a skilled technician to help meet demand. If you're a solid B-Level Technician who can handle diagnostics, produce hours, and wants to work with a team that treats people right, we want to talk to you. What We Offer $37.50/hour Flat Rate $3,000 Sign-On Bonus $800/week guarantee for your first 90 days $100/day guarantee after 90 days Top technicians earn $110,000-$120,000+ annually Toolbox relocation assistance Monday-Friday schedule Paid holidays Sick time PTO after 90 days Uniforms provided ASE reimbursement Medical, Dental, Vision, and Aflac options available How to Apply (Important) We move fast — and so should you.
