Vehicle Service and Installation Technician Location:
Westminster, MD Shift:
7:00am- 3:30pm; Monday
Friday Pay:
$25- $35/hourly (based on experience) Ability to commute to Westminster, MD Ability to pass a background, drug test, and have a valid driver's license Must bring your own set of tools/equipment
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Vehicle Service and Installation Technician. In this role, you will be responsible for performing comprehensive vehicle maintenance, repairs, and installations (such as trims, lighting, accessories and other finished components) to ensure optimal vehicle performance and safety. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical knowledge, hands-on experience with automotive systems, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service. This position offers an engaging environment where technical skills are valued and professional growth is encouraged. Individuals from collision repair shops, auto body shops, custom vehicle or truck accessory installers, RV or camper manufacturers, marine interior installers, cabinet or finish carpenters, furniture assemblers, or automotive restyling and aftermarket accessory companies often possess the attention to detail and craftsmanship needed for this position.Job Responsibilities include:
Installing seats, carpets, gaskets, and seat belts. Adhering vinyl flooring, padding, and insulation to the inside of the vehicle. Utilizing a tablet to program the vehicle's door module. Installing plastic interior panels along the inside of the vehicle. Installing AC Duct Work inside of the vehicle. Testing lights, windows, and doors to ensure functionality. Utilization of work order processing software. Participate in departmental meetings and training.Job Requirements:
Must have at least 1 year of relevant work experience. Must be able to pass a drug test, including THC. Must have a valid driver's license. Must have a variety of hand and power tools.Key Words:
