Responsibilities:
Customer Service Deliver exceptional service; resolve issues with empathy and professionalism. Ensure team keeps all commitments to customers. Team Leadership Support, coach, and lead techs to meet goals. Enforce policies; escalate issues to GM/owner as needed. Workflow Management Keep shop running efficiently using company systems. Maintain quality and productivity. Cost Control Secure best pricing on parts. Daily Meetings Lead/attend 3 quick daily check-ins: morning, noon, and afternoon. General Support Jump in where needed. 2 years as a service advisor, with proven record of exceeding goals and metrics. Able to stay focused and meet deadlines in a busy, fast-paced environment. Proficient with Office 365 products - including Excel. Fluent in English—written and verbal. Able to count and perform basic calculations using a calculator.
