Job Description
Subaru Technician Job Summary:
Join our Subaru Service team as an Automotive Technician! Our technical service staff play a crucial role in maintaining and repairing vehicles. We are looking for individuals with a passion for automotive maintenance and diagnostic capabilities to ensure the highest level of service for customer, warranty, and internal service operations. We use CDK and xtime to maintain efficiency and transparency for our work flow. An active driver's license is necessary as well as an active Maine State Inspection A+E license. Paid factory training and on the job training will be provided. ASE certification is encouraged and we offer a $500 bonus for each A1-A8 certificate you earn!Responsibilities:
- Perform Flat Rate maintenance and repair operations on a variety of vehicles, specializing in Subaru, that focus on powertrain, automotive electrical systems, brakes, steering and suspension, as well as diagnostic.
- Conduct vehicle inspections to identify issues and provide accurate repair recommendations with video and photo.
- Utilize schematics and technical manuals to troubleshoot and repair automotive systems.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace while adhering to safety protocols.
- Maine State Inspection license
- Complete required manufacturer training
- Collaborate with team members to efficiently complete tasks and exceed customer expectations.
- Use of your hand tools as well as Dealer special service equipment to repair, adjust, measure and calibrate vehicle components.
Skills:
- Proficiency in maintaining and repairing automotive systems.
- Strong communication skills to interact with your team effectively.
- Knowledge of powertrain components and functions.
- Experience working with Subaru vehicles is a plus.
- Familiarity with automotive electrical systems and diagnostics.
- Ability to interpret schematics for troubleshooting purposes.
- Skilled in vehicle maintenance practices to ensure optimal performance.
- Proficient in using technology, tools, and equipment for various automotive tasks.

Schedule:
- Monday

Job Type:
