Job Description

Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Lube Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance services, including oil changes and tire services, while ensuring exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical knowledge and a passion for the automotive industry. Responsibilities Perform oil changes and other routine maintenance services on vehicles. Conduct tire rotations and inspections to ensure safety and performance. Utilize power tools and automotive equipment safely and effectively. Provide excellent customer service by communicating service recommendations clearly. Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols. Assist in sales of additional services or products as needed. Keep accurate records of services performed on each vehicle. Skills Strong mechanical knowledge with experience in automotive service. Proficiency in using power tools and automotive equipment. Previous experience as a service technician or mechanic is preferred. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with clients. Sales experience is a plus, particularly in an automotive dealership setting. Familiarity with oil change processes and tire service techniques is beneficial.
