Job Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and energetic Fleet Mechanic to join our dynamic maintenance team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for inspecting, repairing, and maintaining a diverse fleet of Vehicles . Your expertise will ensure that all vehicles and equipment operate safely, efficiently, and reliably, supporting our operational excellence. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with a variety of Vehicles utilizing your mechanical knowledge and hands-on skills to keep our fleet in top condition. Responsibilities Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on vehicles to identify potential issues early. Diagnose mechanical problems using schematics, automotive electrical systems diagnostics, and technical manuals. Repair vehicle systems including suspension, shocks & struts, and steering components. Utilize power tools and hand tools efficiently for repairs, replacements, and adjustments across various vehicle systems. Maintain detailed service records and documentation of all repairs performed for compliance and tracking purposes. Skills Proven dealership experience or extensive background in Auto repair and automotive diagnostics. Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while maintaining attention to detail during repairs or maintenance tasks. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly to team members.
