Key Responsibilities:

Perform repairs on trailers, including wiring, brakes, wheel seals, electrical systems, ABS issues and welding as needed. Perform preventive maintenance services such as oil changes, lubrication, tune-ups, filter replacements, tire rotations, and minor adjustments . Complete required paperwork associated with vehicle repairs, documenting parts usage, and accounting for repair times . Conduct safety inspections to identify, record, and report equipment deterioration for replacement or repair . Maintain accurate, updated preventive maintenance records . Assist other mechanics with repairs and projects as assigned by the supervisor . Maintain a clean and safe work area in compliance with company and OSHA standards, ensuring tools and equipment are in safe operating condition . Requirements & Qualifications 3 to 5 years of trailer maintenance and repair experience . Practical experience with trailer electrical systems and wiring; welding experience is a plus . Ownership of personal tools suitable for the position . High School diploma or GED . Ability to work 40-50 hours per week, including overtime and occasional Saturdays . Knowledge of DOT, OSHA, and relevant state and federal regulations ​#GFLTalent
