Responsibilities Perform comprehensive diagnostics using automotive electrical systems, schematics, and advanced diagnostic tools to identify issues accurately. Repair and maintain mechanical systems including engines, transmissions, suspensions, brakes, shocks & struts, and powertrain components. Conduct routine vehicle maintenance such as oil changes, tire service, wheel alignments, and brake repairs to ensure optimal performance. Work on complex systems like ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems), air brakes, and diesel engines with precision and expertise. Utilize hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and other mechanical tools safely and effectively during repairs. Interpret technical manuals and schematics to troubleshoot issues efficiently on various vehicle makes and models. Provide excellent customer service by explaining repairs clearly and ensuring customer satisfaction with the quality of work performed. Skills Strong mechanical knowledge across automotive systems including electrical systems, powertrain components, and heavy equipment mechanics. Expertise in automotive diagnostics, schematics reading, and troubleshooting complex mechanical issues. Skilled in transmission repair, automotive suspension system repair, wheel alignment, and shocks & struts replacement. Experience working with GM vehicles or similar brands is a plus; familiarity with diesel mechanics is highly desirable. Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and other mechanical repair tools. Excellent problem-solving abilities combined with strong customer service skills to deliver top-tier automotive service.
