Automotive Service Advisor Stop In Auto Repair is looking for an experienced and motivated Service Advisor to join our team.

Job Responsibilities:

Greet customers and provide professional, friendly customer service. Listen to customers' concerns and understand their vehicle needs. Communicate repair recommendations and explain services clearly to customers. Prepare estimates and repair orders. Build strong relationships with customers and provide excellent follow-up. Help increase shop sales through professional recommendations and excellent customer service. Work closely with technicians to ensure repairs are diagnosed and completed properly. Keep customers informed throughout the repair process.

Requirements:

Strong automotive knowledge and repair experience. Excellent sales and communication skills. Outstanding customer service skills. Professional, friendly, and confident personality. Ability to explain automotive repairs clearly to customers. Organized, dependable, and able to work in a fast-paced repair shop. Must be willing to pass a drug screening and background check.
