This role is ideal for an experienced technician who thrives in a fast-paced environment, demonstrates strong leadership abilities, and is committed to delivering exceptional service quality. The Senior Express Technician will perform a wide range of maintenance and light repair services while mentoring team members and ensuring operational excellence. Responsibilities Perform routine maintenance services including: Oil and filter changes Tire rotations Wheel balancing Front-end alignments Diagnose and perform battery testing, repairs, and replacements Replace bulbs and other minor electrical components Perform manufacturer recall repairs in accordance with specifications Conduct multi-point inspections and recommend necessary services Maintain accurate documentation of services performed Ensure all work meets safety standards and manufacturer guidelines Assist in training and mentoring express service team members Maintain a clean and organized work area Requirements Valid State of Michigan certifications (required) Proven experience performing express and light repair services Strong understanding of automotive systems and repair procedures Leadership mindset with the ability to guide and support team members Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented environment Valid driver's license with clean driving record Join us to be part of a dedicated team committed to delivering exceptional automotive care.
