Automotive Technician - Community Automotive Repair - Comstock Park, MI 49321 We are seeking a seasoned High Level Automotive Technician with a minimum of 5 years of professional shop experience. This role is reserved for top-tier diagnosticians who have mastered the craft.
Job Type:
Full-time, Monday - Friday (7:30 AM - 5:00 PM) Why Work Here? Join an established, locally owned shop built on a stable, high-volume environment.

$120K - $140K+ Bonuses Unlimited Earning potential with our Hourly Salary with Bump Time pay structure after 40 hours Techs averaging 50-60 booking hours in a 40-hour work week New floor policy: techs who produce under 40 hours get grossed up to 40 Leadership Track Opportunity Growth Opportunity - Company Building / Acquiring New Locations (they have 2 current locations) Medical Insurance 401(k)

Technical Skill:
Absolute mastery of engine/transmission swaps and advanced diagnostics and electrical work
Skill Set:
Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting capabilities, especially with electrical and drivability issues (A-Level or Master Technician level)
Versatility:
Comfort with Domestic, Foreign, Hybrid, and Electric vehicles
Certifications:
ASEs are highly preferred (we provide prep tools and pay bumps for passed tests!)
Drive:
A valid driver's license and a passion for staying ahead of industry trends Full-service repairs: (engines, transmissions, HVAC, brakes, steering/suspension) Collaborate with a team of top-tier professionals
Requirements:
Experience:
5+ years as an automotive repair technician (Required)
License:
Valid Driver's License (Required) ASE or State Certification preferred for
Top Tier Earnings Skills:
Strong diagnostic, electrical, and mechanical troubleshooting abilities.
