This is a hands-on, physical job working mainly outside in all types of weather. Duties Dismantle vehicles efficiently and safely Remove engines, transmissions, body parts, interior components, and other vehicle parts Operate a cutting torch Operate a skid steer Properly identify, label, and mark removed parts Have a basic understanding of what parts interchange between different makes and models Use hand tools and basic shop equipment Follow proper safety procedures Perform other general manual labor as needed Skills Basic understanding of automotive mechanics required Must have your own basic set of hand tools Previous automotive, mechanical, salvage yard, or dismantling experience is a plus Basic knowledge of vehicle makes, models, and parts Ability to safely operate tools and equipment Willingness to learn and take direction Positive attitude Strong work ethic and a willingness to work Dependable and punctual Ability to perform physical/manual labor throughout the workday Must be comfortable working outside in all weather conditions We're looking for someone who wants to work, shows up ready to get the job done, and takes pride in their work. Pay:

$17-$23/hour depending on experience.

Hours:

10:00 AM - 5:00 PM, with a 45-minute lunch.
