Overview:

This role is responsible for commercial execution, pricing maintenance, and quote-to-delivery coordination for OEM-controlled service parts programs supporting Toyota, Nissan, and other North American OEM service customers. This is a non-sales, execution-focused commercial role serving as the operational link between customer purchasing teams and internal engineering, program management, and manufacturing functions. The position requires strong attention to detail, data accuracy, and the ability to manage multiple commercial workflows in a fast-paced Tier 1 automotive environment. Key Responsibilities Maintain and manage account data including active parts, volumes, and plant activity to ensure accuracy across systems. Analyze account structure to identify obsolete parts, gaps, and required updates. Support and coordinate the quote-to-delivery process, ensuring timely and accurate execution. Maintain pricing, quotes, and commercial terms within OEM/OES customer systems. Support customer inquiries and internal cross-functional coordination (program, engineering, manufacturing). Utilize Excel (pivot tables, reporting, data analysis) to track and maintain account performance and accuracy. Ensure commercial data integrity and support ongoing account cleanup and optimization initiatives. Required Qualifications 5+ years of automotive industry experience (OEM, OES, or Tier 1 supplier). Experience supporting Toyota, Nissan, or other Japanese OEM/OES customers strongly preferred. Background in: Pricing support or quote management Account operations or commercial execution Quote-to-delivery or program support processes Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, reporting, data tracking). High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple data streams. Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field preferred. Additional Details Non-sales, non-business development role. Onsite 4 days per week - Friday Remote (Farmington Hills, MI). No travel required. Hourly position (no commission or bonus structure).
