In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a wide range of vehicle systems with precision and efficiency. Your expertise will ensure that our customers' vehicles operate safely and reliably, providing exceptional service that exceeds expectations. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with diverse vehicle types, including diesel engines, heavy equipment, and GM vehicles, in a fast-paced environment where your mechanical skills will make a real difference. Responsibilities Perform comprehensive diagnostics using automotive electrical systems, schematics, and advanced diagnostic tools to identify issues accurately. Repair and maintain various mechanical systems including engines, transmissions, suspensions, brakes, shocks & struts, and powertrain components. Conduct routine maintenance services such as oil changes, tire service, wheel alignments, and vehicle inspections to ensure optimal performance. Utilize hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and other mechanical devices to execute repairs efficiently and safely. Work with ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems) technology and perform calibration procedures as needed for modern vehicles. Interpret technical manuals and schematics to troubleshoot complex mechanical and electrical problems effectively. Provide excellent customer service by explaining repairs clearly and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the repair process. Requirements Valid certification as an auto mechanic with dealership experience preferred. Proven experience working in the automotive repair industry with a strong background in automotive diagnostics and mechanical systems repair. Expertise in diesel engine repair, automotive electrical systems, transmission repair, and heavy equipment mechanics is highly desirable. Familiarity with ADAS calibration, air brake systems, automotive suspension system repair, wheel alignment, and tire service. Ability to read schematics accurately and utilize diagnostic software for troubleshooting. Mechanical knowledge of powertrain components including oil changes and general vehicle maintenance procedures. Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and other mechanical repair tools. Strong customer service skills combined with excellent communication abilities to ensure a positive experience for clients.
