Up to $85K+ Annually Introduction We are seeking an experienced Automotive Service Advisor in Fenton, MI for a newly opened, high-growth automotive repair location. This customer-facing sales role offers a $1,000 weekly guarantee plus performance-based bonuses of $1,000-$1,500+ per month. The shop features modern technology, ongoing training, and a team environment focused on professionalism, productivity, and customer trust. Key Responsibilities Greet customers and serve as their primary point of contact from vehicle intake through delivery. Present recommended maintenance and repair services clearly and professionally. Address customer questions and objections while communicating the value and urgency of recommended services. Create and manage repair orders while maintaining clear communication between customers and technicians. Use Tekmetric shop management software and digital vehicle inspections (DVI) to support the service process. Build long-term customer relationships and maintain strong customer satisfaction. Support daily workflow and contribute to shop productivity. Work collaboratively with the team to deliver a professional customer experience. Qualifications 3+ years of professional automotive shop experience as an Automotive Service Advisor, Automotive Service Writer, or Automotive Counter Sales professional. Proven sales ability and strong objection-handling skills. Excellent customer communication and relationship-building skills. Strong organizational skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Experience using automotive shop management systems or CRM tools. Comfortable working with technology in a customer-facing automotive service environment. Compensation & Benefits $1,000 per week guaranteed base pay.
