Maintenance Technician - 2 & 3rd

Join a Growing Manufacturing Team We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to support production operations by maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing manufacturing equipment. This is a great opportunity for a hands-on professional who enjoys solving technical challenges and helping keep production running efficiently.
What You'll Do:
Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and PLC-controlled equipment Perform preventive maintenance to maximize equipment reliability and uptime Respond to equipment breakdowns and minimize production downtime Analyze equipment performance and recommend improvements Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation Assist with continuous improvement initiatives and equipment upgrades Coordinate with outside vendors and contractors as needed Follow all safety procedures and OSHA standards
Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment Strong troubleshooting skills in mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems Experience working with PLCs and automated equipment Electrical certification, industrial electronics training, or related maintenance education preferred Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment Preferred Experience Automotive manufacturing experience Allen-Bradley PLC programming Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) Machining and honing equipment OSHA and industrial safety knowledge Why Apply? $34.00 - $40.00 per hour
