Responsibilities Greeting guests, and answering phones, handling customer issues Writing repair orders, providing detailed estimates with excellent documentation and following through with technicians and customers Cashiering customers Providing customers with needed recommendations Personal Accountability Professional appearance Helpful attitude Friendly Punctual Job Requirements Be able to multi task Bilingual Spanish and English Detail oriented Organized At least 2 years of relevant experience as an Automotive Service Advisor Must have good driving record and the ability to pass a drug screen.
