No Weekends Location:
Holland, MI Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00
PM Pay Rate:
$30-$45/hr

Weekly Production Bonus Pay Schedule:
Weekly Introduction We are seeking a high-level Diagnostic Automotive Technician in Holland, MI with 6+ years of professional automotive technician experience. This position pays $30-$45/hr based on experience, plus a weekly production bonus tied to billed hours. You'll enjoy a Monday-Friday schedule with no weekends while working in a clean, organized, high-volume facility equipped for advanced diagnostics across Domestic, Asian, and European vehicles. Key Responsibilities Diagnose complex mechanical, electrical, and drivability concerns across Domestic, Asian, and European vehicles. Use OE scan tools and advanced diagnostic equipment to accurately identify vehicle faults. Perform brake, suspension, driveline, engine, and A/C system repairs. Complete thorough vehicle inspections, Digital Vehicle Inspections (DVIs), and accurate digital job documentation. Use Autel, Snap-on, IDS, and factory-level diagnostic equipment to troubleshoot vehicle systems. Collaborate with service advisors and fellow technicians to maintain efficient workflow. Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused workspace. Participate in ongoing technical training and ASE certification advancement. Qualifications 5+ years of professional automotive technician experience. Michigan State Technician Certifications Required or ASE Certifications Required. Strong advanced diagnostic and problem-solving ability across multiple vehicle systems. Experience diagnosing automotive electrical systems and complex vehicle concerns. Comfortable diagnosing and repairing Domestic, Asian, and European vehicles. Experience using Autel, Snap-on, IDS, OE scan tools, and factory-level diagnostic equipment. ASE Master Technician certification strongly preferred, or actively pursuing certification. Able to work collaboratively with service advisors and technicians in a high-volume environment. Compensation & Benefits Hourly pay: $30-$45/hr based on experience and certifications.
Weekly production bonus:
Additional earnings are available based on billed hours and are paid weekly. Earn well over $100K+ with base pay and bonuses!! Each technician has an individual minimum billed-hours threshold before production bonuses begin. The applicable threshold will be discussed with candidates based on experience.
