The Service Advisor trainee is responsible for customer satisfaction and retention, recommends proper care for our valued customer's vehicles and explains the value of maintaining their vehicles for optimal performance. The Service Advisor is responsible for greeting customers, assessing their needs, and managing the work to completion. Successful candidates must be able to handle multiple tasks, possess great communication skills, be very organized, and be exceptionally customer service oriented. Service Advisor responsibilities include but are not limited to: Obtaining customer and vehicle information. Clearly reporting all vehicle symptoms as described by the customer. Determining and recommending needed maintenance based on age, mileage and history of vehicle. Preparing a complete and accurate estimate of cost for labor and parts. Establishing follow up times. Monitoring the progress of each vehicle throughout the day and updating customers frequently Verifying that the final invoice reconciles with the work performed on the repair order. Explaining all completed work and charges to customers. In-house advisor skills training program to increase your success!!!
