Job Summary Join our dynamic automotive team as a Tire and Lube Technician, where your skills will drive customer satisfaction and vehicle performance. In this energetic role, you will perform essential maintenance services, including tire replacement, oil changes, fluid replacements, and minor mechanical repairs. Your expertise will ensure vehicles are safe, reliable, and operating at peak efficiency. Responsibilities Conduct tire services such as mounting, balancing, rotation, and replacement with precision and care Perform oil changes and automotive fluid replacements to maintain optimal vehicle performance Assist with basic vehicle maintenance tasks including filter replacements and minor mechanical repairs Use hand tools and power tools effectively to diagnose issues and execute repairs Support vehicle alignment procedures to ensure proper handling and tire longevity Perform automotive diagnostics to identify mechanical or electrical issues accurately Assist in heavy lifting tasks required for tire installation and other mechanical work while adhering to safety protocols Qualifications Dealership experience or prior work in an automotive service environment is highly preferred Mechanic experience with a solid understanding of standard passenger car operation and maintenance Knowledge of automotive diagnostics, fluid replacement procedures, and mechanical repair techniques Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and automotive service equipment Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently during tire installation or mechanical repairs Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude towards helping clients understand their vehicle needs Mechanical knowledge related to vehicle maintenance, oil changes, alignments, and minor repairs Join us in delivering top-tier automotive care!
