What We Offer Competitive hourly & flat-rate compensation based on experience and certifications Consistent workflow and strong service traffic Opportunity to earn 40+ hours per week Ford factory training and certification opportunities Career advancement opportunities Modern shop and professional work environment Experienced service management team Supportive advisors and parts department Paid training opportunities Paid time off Health, dental, and vision benefits 401(k) retirement plan Employee vehicle purchase discounts Employee parts and service discounts Responsibilities As a Ford Automotive Technician, you will: Diagnose and repair Ford cars, trucks, SUVs, and commercial vehicles Perform maintenance and mechanical repairs according to Ford standards Complete engine, transmission, suspension, steering, brake, electrical, and drivability repairs Perform accurate vehicle inspections and identify needed maintenance and repairs Use Ford diagnostic equipment and service information to properly diagnose vehicle concerns Complete repairs efficiently while maintaining a high level of quality Document diagnostic findings and repair recommendations clearly Communicate effectively with service advisors and parts personnel Maintain an organized and professional work area Follow all dealership, manufacturer, and safety procedures Maintain high standards for productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction Qualifications We are looking for candidates with: Previous automotive technician experience Ford dealership experience preferred Ford STARS certifications preferred ASE certifications are a plus Strong diagnostic and electrical skills Ability to accurately diagnose and repair vehicles Strong mechanical aptitude Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record Ability to work effectively as part of a team Positive attitude and strong work ethic Commitment to completing repairs correctly the first time Ford-Certified Technicians Are Strongly Encouraged to Apply We Want Technicians Who Want More We aren't just looking for someone to fill a bay.
