Job Description

Manager/Service Writer day to day operations at our 3300 28th St. Kentwood Mi Auto repair shop, Must have 8-10 yrs automotive repair experience.

Responsibilities :

Greet Customers when they arrive, document detailed history of vehicle performance or mechanical failure. Check customers into our POS system. Provide customers with detailed estimates for repairs and replacements and obtain signature approval prior to commencing work Store Inventories Store appearance/ Safety Day to Day operations. Supervise Mechanics Cash drawer / Deposits / Reports.

Qualifications :

Must have at least 8 yrs automotive repair experience. Must be punctual / dependable. Must be able to greet our customers with a smile.
