In this flexible position, you will help maintain our growing 60+ vehicle fleet as repairs are needed. Your expertise will keep our fleet reliable and our guests safe, driving the success of our operations through skilled mechanical work, proactive maintenance, and diagnostic ability. This position offers a rewarding opportunity to apply your technical skills in an easy-going environment where safety, quality, and efficiency are paramount. No complaining, mistakes are expected, learning and growth is top priority. Duties Perform comprehensive inspections, diagnostics, repairs, and preventive maintenance on a fleet of sedans, SUVs and vans. Utilize schematics, technical manuals, and diagnostic tools to troubleshoot complex mechanical systems such as brake systems, engines, transmissions, electrical systems, suspensions, and more. Maintain detailed records of all maintenance activities, repairs performed, parts used, and inspection reports to ensure compliance with safety standards. Use power tools and hand tools efficiently for repair and maintenance tasks. Coordinate with coworkers and managers for all repairs through our fleet management app. Create and send invoices. Order and install parts as directed. Experience Proven experience working as an automotive mechanic or automotive technician with dealership/shop experience preferred. Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and automotive electrical systems. Skilled in reading schematics and technical manuals for troubleshooting complex vehicle systems. Familiarity with heavy equipment operation including lifts, jacks, and power tools. Ability to perform vehicle maintenance tasks such as brake repair, suspension, shocks & struts replacement, and powertrain diagnostics/repair. Excellent mechanical knowledge combined with communication skills to communicate effectively with team members and management.
