Responsibilities (35%)- Works from verbal and written orders, sketches, drawings and manufacturer's specifications. (35%)
- Lays out, constructs, covers, coats, alters, and repairs throughout the Medical Center buildings and grounds complex using skills in plumbing, masonry, carpentry, refrigeration and electricity. Operates and maintains steam boiler equipment, air compressors, domestic water systems, cooling towers and all related equipment and machinery. (30%)
- Performs programmed maintenance, installs, lubricates and repairs equipment.
