Job Summary The Pro Shop & Concession Attendant plays a vital role in ensuring an exceptional experience for customers at our facility. This position involves assisting customers with their purchases, providing product knowledge, and maintaining an organised and welcoming environment in the pro shop. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a passion for customer service, ensuring that every visitor leaves with a positive impression. Duties Greet customers warmly and assist them with their shopping needs. Provide knowledgeable recommendations on merchandise, including equipment and apparel. Maintain the pro shop's appearance through effective merchandising and organisation of stock. Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale system. Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure satisfaction. Manage inventory levels, including restocking shelves and organising backroom storage. Uphold excellent phone etiquette when answering calls and addressing customer queries. Skills Strong communication skills in English; proficiency in Spanish or other languages is highly desirable (multilingual candidates are encouraged to apply). Basic math skills for handling transactions and managing cash flow effectively. Excellent time management skills to prioritise tasks efficiently during busy periods. Organisational skills to maintain a tidy and well-presented retail space. Experience in merchandising to create appealing displays that attract customers.
