Job Description

Talascend is currently seeking a 3rd Shift Chassis Dynamometer, INCA Technician Analyst for a contract opportunity with our client in Milford, Michigan. Overview This role involves ensuring alignment to testing procedures and supporting site capabilities related to vehicle testing and dyno operations at a testing facility. The position requires working with test equipment, vehicle components, and communication systems to facilitate vehicle testing processes. Responsibilities Prepare vehicles for testing and install vehicles on test sites Monitor tests and remove vehicles from testing sites Conduct safety observation tours and investigate safety incidents Participate in problem-solving and continuous improvement activities Complete quality audits, maintain test site safety, and update documentation Communicate effectively and escalate issues as needed Train team members utilizing just-in-time processes Maintain standardized work documents and participate in shift meetings Adhere to environmental and throughput improvement processes Complete timecards and ensure test site hazards are managed Qualifications 2-year technical degree At least 3 years of experience working with test equipment and vehicle communication systems Understanding of vehicle components and repair (preferred but not required) Experience with chassis dyno and INCA communication tools (helpful but not required) Strong troubleshooting skills and familiarity with test automation systems Ability to work with a team, be punctual, and enjoy working with hands-on equipment and tools Demonstrated ability to perform the duties of this position through relevant experience, training, or education.
