Summary We are seeking a Master Automotive Technician to join our team at our dealership in Monroe. In this role, you will be responsible for and repairing vehicles, ensuring they meet safety and performance standards. Your expertise will play a vital role in maintaining our reputation for excellence in service. Responsibilities Repair automotive systems including powertrains, transmissions, electrical systems, and mechanical components. Perform routine vehicle maintenance such as oil changes, tire rotations, and brake inspections. Utilize diagnostic tools to identify issues accurately and efficiently. Communicate with customers regarding repairs needed and provide estimates when necessary. Maintain a clean and organized workspace while adhering to safety protocols. Stay updated on the latest automotive technologies and repair techniques. Complete Multi Point Vehicle Inspections on every vehicle being repaired. Requirements Proven or similar role in an automotive dealership setting. Ability to teardown a transmission or engine to the point of failure. Strong in vehicle repairs. Familiarity with automotive electrical systems and is essential. Ability to use hand tools and diagnostic equipment effectively. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Transmission experience is preferred. General Motors experience is preferred, but not required. ASE Certifications are preferred, but not required.
