Schedule:
This position requires open availability to support dealership operations and customer demand. You will be available to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as these are peak sales periods and key opportunities for maximizing earnings.

What You'll Do Perform diagnostics and repairs on engine, electrical, suspension, steering, brake, and drivability systems Diagnose vehicle concerns and identify mechanical and electrical issues Complete maintenance and repairs according to repair orders and manufacturer procedures Perform multipoint inspections and document findings clearly Record repairs, test results, and recommended services accurately Road-test vehicles as needed to verify concerns and repair quality Maintain current technical training, factory procedures, and safety standards Partner with Service Advisors and Parts teams to support an efficient service experience What You'll Bring Automotive repair experience with advanced diagnostic skills Knowledge of engine, electrical, suspension, steering, brake, and drivability systems 1+ years of experience using diagnostic equipment and manufacturer repair procedures Strong documentation and repair order accuracy Workmanship and vehicle safety Current automotive technical training or certifications Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record Team-focused approach to supporting Service Advisors, Parts, and fellow Technicians Total Rewards We offer a comprehensive benefits package designed to support you and your family, including: Competitive pay Medical, Dental and Vision Plans Paid Holidays & PTO Short and Long-Term Disability Paid Life Insurance 401(k) Retirement Plan Employee Stock Purchase Plan Lithia Learning Center Vehicle Purchase Discounts Wellness Programs Additional information about our Total Rewards benefits can be reviewed on our careers site at www.totalrewards.lithiadriveway.com .
